Our quaint guesthouse is situated on a private courtyard, enjoy the soothing sounds of a waterfall into our koi pond, relax on your own patio, weather permitting dine under a vine covered pergola. Our guest house accomodates two with a full bed and bath, sitting area, coffee maker, TV, movies and WiFi available. Luxury linens & bath products, with full therapeutic massage and spa service available upon request.
In the morning a full country breakfast is served with farm fresh eggs, herbs, meats, potatoes, choice of breads, juices, cereals & fruit available daily. Specific requests can also be made in advance. Picnic lunches or a romantic dinner are also available for an additional charge.

Tour Central Virginia's wine country, home to more than 30 different wineries or for the history buff in you visit Revolutionary & Civil War battle sites and the homes of three American Presidents; Jefferson, Monroe and Madison. All of this within an easy hour's drive.

Check in is 4 p.m. - Departure by 11 a.m. with a full breakfast. Cottage rate is $175.00 a night with special packages available for additional nights and services.
Cancellation Policy: The cost of a one night's stay is charged if reservation is cancelled less than 10 days before check-in. Early Departures and no shows are responsible for the cost of the entire reservation unless rebooking is possible.
